Mr. Renand Villastiqui is a resident of Patucannay Bangued, Abra, a graduate of Agricultural Crops Production (ACP) NC II at Mt. Carmel Agri-Tourism and Training Center, Inc.

Before training, he used to be a construction worker to sustain their daily needs. He made sure to help his parents in his own little way. Truly, his earnings had contributed a lot to his family.

Mr. Villastiqui did not stop working out his dream. He heard from a friend about the skills training from TESDA and implemented by Mt. Carmel. He opted to enroll in ACP NC II since he wanted to adopt knowledge about agriculture. He passed the national assessment and was able to find an agency which offered him a job and helped him fly to Japan.

When asked for his message, this self-made man says, “Ituloy tuloy niyo pa po ang programang ito dahil marami pa po kayong matutulungan na katulad ko, salamat Mt. Carmel, salamat TESDA.”
