From its humble beginnings, Northern Luzon Federation of Cooperatives and Development Center (NORLU CEDEC) has evolved into a trusted regional cooperative in Northern Luzon, under Montañosa Diocesan Social Action Center (MDSAC) in the 1960s.
Before becoming a regional cooperative, NORLU CEDEC started out as a training center, then evolved itself as a development center where eventually, the historical union between NORLU CEDEC and Northern Luzon Auditing, Inc. (NOLAUI) happened, thus becoming a stronger organization geared to pursue the challenges of development in these complex times.

AgriCOOPh is a national federation of agri-fishery-forestry cooperatives whose members are small-scale family farmers. These cooperatives are engaged in various agro-industrial commodities. We assist these cooperatives in capacity building in governance and enterprise development, access to finance, farm inputs, agricultural machinery, technology, and markets including partnerships with government and agribusiness companies.
